SIMOCODE pro Engineering and Commissioning (SD-SIMOPRO)

  • You will get an overview of the extensive application possibilities including the fail-safe function of these devices, learn to use the test and diagnostic function as well as to master the connection to PROFIBUS / PROFINET.

  • Parameterization and diagnostics with SIMOCODE ES
  • Communication (connection via PROFIBUS DP / PROFINET to SIMATIC S7)
  • Introduction to SIMOCODE pro Safety
  • Migration of a reversing starter parameter set from SIMOCODE ES 2007 to TIA Portal
  • Practical exercises using the example of the reversing starter control function (parameterization with SIMOCODE ES, test and diagnostic functions)

  • Basic knowledge of switching and control technology required.
  • Basic knowledge of automation technology desirable.
