Process Control System PCS 7 SIMATIC BATCH (ST-PCS7BAT)

In this training, you will learn how to buildup a batch project from an automation perspective, as well as how to create and manage recipes from a process engineering perspective. Through practical exercises, you will experience how to use SIMATIC BATCH to create digital recipes, optimize plant utilization, and document batches seamlessly—with comfortable programming effort in the PCS 7 process control system.

The training teaches the basics and advanced functions of SIMATIC BATCH for batch automation in SIMATIC PCS 7. Participants will learn how to create and manage recipes, how to plan and control batches, and how to administer the system. Using practical examples, typical engineering and operating tasks are carried out. After the course, participants will be able to use SIMATIC BATCH effectively in projects and production plants and use its potential for efficient process control.
Combine your face-to-face course with web-based training on our digital learning platform for industry and increase your personal learning success in the face-to-face course. On SITRAIN access you will find, for example, basic knowledge of process control technology, PROFIBUS in process automation, PROFINET or data communication with Industrial Ethernet. But also further topics such as an overview of digitization in process automation or an introduction to SIMIT and the Virtual Controller.
