SIMATIC PCS7 Route Control (ST-PCS7RC)

  • Pipe networks and tank farms are found in many areas of the process industry, especially in the chemical, petrochemical or food industries. Controlling material transports is often challenging: material changes, dynamic routes, simultaneous transports or cleaning processes in subsections must be taken into account. SIMATIC Route Control extends the process control system SIMATIC PCS 7 with an efficient "navigation system" for your plant: an industry-independent product for planning, controlling, monitoring and diagnosing routes for liquid and solid materials.

Obiettivi

  • The Route Control (RC) course provides participants with advanced knowledge of RC engineering and operation. They extend a SIMATIC PCS 7 multi-project with RC functionality and learn about the RC library, the RC wizard and RC engineering, including modeling an RC project.
