During the training all topics are deepened by practical exercises with the automation system SIMATIC S7-1200, a Basis Panel and a conveyer belt model. After finishing the course you may use your new automation system of Siemens, the SIMATIC S7-1200, effectively and you may implement your programs faster. So you save time and optimize your working input.

  • The Totally Integrated Automation Portal (TIA Portal) for the SIMATIC S7-1200 system creates a working environment for integrated engineering with SIMATIC STEP 7 Basic and SIMATIC WinCC Basic.
  • In this first part of the SIMATIC TIA Portal S7-1200 training, you will learn how to use the TIA Portal, understand the basic structure of the SIMATIC S7-1200 automation system, configure and parameterize the hardware, and learn the basics of programming. You will learn how to troubleshoot simple hardware and software errors in the SIMATIC S7-1200 automation system and create, modify, and extend simple STEP 7 programs. This will help you reduce downtime. You will also receive an overview of operator control and monitoring.
