Building on the SIMATIC S7-300/400 Service course fundamentals, the focus here is on the use of SIMATIC STEP 7 V5.x system functions as well as fault correction with SINAMICS Starter software and SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008. You also start up PROFIBUS DP.
What you learn about the integrated factory automation will teach you to take a holistic view of your plant and to understand the relationship between the individual components. The course requires a final examination, which is deemed passed if a minimum of 8 out of 10 points is achieved.
