Online-Training - SIMOCRANE Centralized Crane Management System (CCMS) (CR-SICR-CCMS)

SIMOCRANE Centralized Crane Management System (CCMS) is a comprehensive solution that enables communication from multiple cranes to a centralized system for data centralization, diagnosis, and crane maintenance. The CCMS solution offers maximum configuration flexibility, allowing one central system to connect directly to crane PLCs. Using a server-client architecture based on web interfaces, information can be distributed to maintenance and management teams for extracting the most important operational data. This CCMS configuration is designed for industry cranes and can support up to 10 connected overhead bridge cranes (OHBC). Web clients can be activated on each crane from the centralized CCMS station to retrieve data related to PLCs, drives, and motors. Mobile devices with crane-switching functionality enable easy access to information from any crane through a single mobile web client.

The goal of this training is to prepare engineers to engineer and commission the SIMOCRANE CCMS solution. In this 3-day training, participants will learn about installing and configuring CCMS interfaces, implementing centralized monitoring, managing multiple crane connections, and customizing the system to meet project-specific requirements.
