Corso base certificato KNX (KNX-CS)

  • The purpose of the course is to provide all the information regarding the installation, programming and commissioning of building control systems that use KNX bus technology with ETS software. At the end of the course there is a final test to obtain the KNX Partner certification.

Objectives

  • After attending the course, you can:
    • Know the operating principles underlying the GAMMA instabus KNX system
    • Take advantage of the potential of the ETS software
    • Implement basic functionality
  • Upon passing the assessment test:
    • You will achieve the KNX Partner certification

    • Bus technology of the GAMMA instabus KNX system
    • Instructions for wiring and assembling the devices
    • GAMMA product overview (ETS catalog management)
    • Structure and functionality of the ETS Professional software
    • Design and commissioning
    • Basic functions with practical exercises: lighting, shutters, heating/cooling, centralized functions
    • Simple logic functions and displays
    • Applications with couplers
    • Overview of ETS Inside software

Prerequisites

  • Basic knowledge in the field of electrical installation and practical use of PCs in a Windows environment.

Note

  • All participants will receive a € 140.00 voucher for the purchase of ETS Lite software while, after passing the final exam, the following will be uploaded to their personal KNX account:
    • the KNX Partner Certificate
    • the KNX Partner logo to be placed on your commercial documentation, business card, etc.
    • an additional discount voucher of € 200.00 for the purchase of the upgrade from ETS Lite to ETS Professional
    • 40 credits in the Knowledge section of the KNX Partner ranking

  • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
