  • The participant will learn about the practical implementation of PI service portfolio elements in the daily service business.

Programme / Contenu

  • This intensive basic PI service training will cover the following tasks:
    • Commissioning/Start-Up Service for field devices

  • The scope of commissioning services will be explained and trained on following product technologies:
    • SITRANS L level devices, SIPART PS2 positioner, SITRANS FUS FST230 clamp-on flowmeter and weighting systems
    • Inspection&Maintenance Services
    • The scope of inspection&maintenance services will be explained and trained on MAG meters (Verification)
    • Calibration Services
    • Pressure and temperature on site calibration
    • Remote & Field Service

Prérequis

  • Basic knowledge on field service in general, by passing several "Web Based Trainings".
  • Specific process instrumentation knowhow will be beneficial.
  • Please bring your own service computer with PDM installed to get trained.

Remarque

  • SIMATIC PDM will be used for the training.
