The MicroMaster Drive Systems are a fully contained simulator units which include the Siemens drive and motor combination. The base MM420 unit provides a simple drive system simulator for training, testing and engineering. The MM440 unit (shown) is fully equipped to include an encoder based feedback loop and brake plus the extended features of the MM440 for a high end motion control system. Please check the Siemens On-Line catalog or with your local account representative for specific functionality and features of the MM420 and MM440 drives. This unit comes in a light duty plastic case for storage and transport. Power requirement are a switched 110VAC or 230VAC.

This drive simulator has the same features and functionality as the basic MM420 system however with the SINAMICS G110 controls.

The SINAMICS S120 Single Axis (AC/AC) demo is a ready to use motion simulation system. The unit comes complete with a CU310 Control Unit and PM340 power module (for power and motor connections). Also included is a 1FK7 synchronous motor with absolute encoder communicating over Siemens' Drive-CLiQ interface plus a 1LA7 asynchronous AC motor with HTL encoder. Pre-wired jumpers and switches allow the demo to control either motor demonstrating servo or vector control from the same SINAMICS S120 Control Unit. The Line Adapter allows a standard 110VAC power source to be used with this 230VAC simulator system.

The SINAMICS S120 is a ready to use motion simulation system. The unit comes complete with CU320 Control Unit and TB30 Terminal Board, Line Module and Double Motor Module. Also included is a 1FK7 synchronous motor with absolute encoder plus a 1FK7 motor with incremental counter and SMC20 module both communicating over Siemens' Drive-CLiQ interface. The optional Line Adapter allows a standard 110VAC power source to be used with this simulator system. This unit is packaged in a hard shell steel casing with wheels and a retractable handle for transporting.

This SINAMICS G120 training rig is designed to demonstrate and teach the operating principles of a wide range of drive functions. The CU 240 S DP F is used as the Control Unit for demonstrating the PROFIBUS interface and safety functions. The unit is 230V input and includes Power Module, BOP, 1LAQ asynchronous motor, encoder and load device. The unit come with cables and a basic storage case.

The training case serves as a supplement to the SIMATICS 120 training case for applications and asynchronous motors. Together, both training kits are used for training and acquisition of the SINAMICS S120 Vector Control drive system and, in conjunction with the AOP30, for simulating SIMATICS cabinet devices.

The AOP30 is an optional panel for interfacing to a SINAMICS S drive system. Connection to the SINAMICS system is through RS232. This unit requires a 230VAC connection.

The SIMOTION D Conversion kit provides all the components necessary to convert a SINAMICS S120 Demo system into a SIMOTION D Demo system. Essentially this change is accommodated with the change of the control module to the D435 version. All other components remain the same. A convenient module hanger is an option allowing the SINAMICS S120 Control Module to remain in place and the D435 to hang on the side of the simulator and connect through the DRIVE-CLiQ cable change.

The 6SE70 CUVC simulator provides a 3-phase squirrel cage motor with a pulse encoder for speed feedback. A fully functional operator panel comes complete with programmable analog and digital I/O. This unit can be configured for volts-per-hertz mode or various vector modes. This unit is ideal for maintenance training, system engineering and operational troubleshooting. This unit requires 3 Phase 380-480 VAC supply or the optional transformer for 110VAC operation. PROFIBUS communications is also optional and itemized below.

The 6SE70 CUMC simulator is a dual axis simulator with two servo motors, sine-cosine encoder and two-pole resolver feedback for speed and position control applications. This motion control simulator also includes fully functional dual operator panels. This system comes with an installed version of F01 technology motion control software. Also included is an installed PROFIBUS CB2 board. This unit requires 3 Phase 380-480 VAC supply or the optional transformer for 110VAC operation.
