The personal data provided by you on this Siemens Learning Program for Partners is needed for carrying out the training and the issuance of a certificate. The certificate will be generated after successful completion of an e-Learning and (if available) the final test. Furthermore the data will be kept to use it for your future trainings and the documentation of your learning/qualification status. Your personal data and the information about your booked/passed e-Learnings will be treated as confidential. They will only be distributed within Siemens AG and affiliates of Siemens AG to persons having a need to know such data (e.g. your Siemens contact/Siemens Partner Manager). Data may also be distributed to your employer and its affiliates, which may be located outside of the EU and may not provide an adequate level of protection of your personal data.
