Registration

Registration is made electronically by clicking the course date in the course calendar. Ass soon as this is registred You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Prices

You will find our prices in the training catalogue and on our webpages. Prices include training material and lunch. The training fee will be charged on completion of the training.

Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling of trainings can be done free of charge up to 10 working days before the training starts if not specified otherwise in the training description. If You cancel or change training after this, full fee will be charged. You have the possibility to let a colleague take your place. Cancellation must be sent us in writing. 

If a training has to be cancelled, You will be notified at the latest one week before the training starts.

Trainings on request

For trainings not listed in the calendar, please send us an e-mail and we will create a waiting list. As soon as we have enough participants we will prepare for the training to be arranged.

Standard trainings and special trainings

All scheduled trainings in this program is standard trainings. Deviations in place, time and training content on customers demand we consider to be a special training. Minimum number of participants for special training is four. For these trainings there are other prices and terms. Please contact us with any questions!

Schedule and training material

The scheduled time for the training is normally from 9.00 PM to 16.00 AM. This will be specified inyour mail confirmation. For SIMATIC trainings scheduled for four or five days starts at 10.00 o'clock AM the first day of the training. You will receive all the training material at the training. Lunch, coffee and tea is also included.

Copying, duplication and in any other ways of disclosure of the training material in any form is prohibited. The training material will only be delivered to the participants of the training and is personal.

Hotel

You will have to arrange accomodation by yourselves. Please ask us for recommendations. It will always be a question about your preferences.
