The SIMATIC S7-GRAPH language makes it possible to graphically describe a process by using steps and transitions with a representation standardized by IEC 61131-3. Its use guarantees a clear and quick interpretation of the operation of a machine. The course will allow you to learn the fundamentals of the SIMATIC S7-GRAPH language in the environment TIA Portal by creating a project. You will also be shown the diagnostic tools in the TIA Portal environment.

After attending the course, you can:
- Build a sequencer using steps and transitions
- Manage the SIMATIC S7-GRAPH development environment
- Create a simple program in SIMATIC S7-GRAPH by applying interlocks and supervision
- Carry out diagnostics

- Basic elements: step and transition
- Interlocking, supervision and alarms
- SIMATIC S7-GRAPH programming language
- Call of a SIMATIC S7-GRAPH block in the user program and main parameters
- Diagnostics in the TIA Portal environment
The theoretical knowledge will be deepened with practical exercises by accessing a remote system. This is made up of:
- SIMATIC S7-1500
- Conveyor belt model
- PC station with SIMATIC STEP 7 Professional (TIA Portal)

TIA-SERV1 or TIA-PRO1 or course or equivalent basic knowledge of automation systems.
