  • This course is aimed at employees who use the automation concept OPEL SICAR@TIA for conveyor based on AUT2019 without sequence control and the practical use of the standard within the automotive industry.

  • Introduction program structure and PLC project
  • Introduction visualization HMI project
  • Software:
  • Parameterization of operation modes and the HMI
  • Setup of the communication between the PLC and HMI
  • Introduction Tec-unit
  • Programming automatic and manual for small conveyor line
  • Creating HMI-screen with preconfigured faceplates, movement lines and diagnosis screens
  • Overview alarms from Tec-units
  • Creating general alarms with Alarm_8 blocks based on Program Alarms
  • Overview structure of a Tec-unit block
  • Overview production data
  • Overview user guideline
  • All topics are accompanied by practical exercises with PLC, HMI and the virtual demo model.

Prerequisites

  • SIMATIC S7 knowledge corresponding to TIA-PRO2 or TIA-SYSUP and practical PLC experience.
  • Knowledge of automation concepts

Note

  • This training is conducted with SIMATIC S7-1500 and Software SIMATIC STEP 7 based on TIA Portal V15.1, Safety Advanced and WinCC Advanced each with Update 4.
  • Participants must bring their own laptop with the correctly installed versions of the TIA software.
  • The Safety Program structure will only be briefly explained.
