Online-Training - Interkulturelles Training (Deutsch - Indisch) - Advanced (INT-CULT-ADV)

  • The course “Working with Indian Colleagues - German-Indian Intercultural Training (advanced)” aims to promote collaboration and understanding between Indian and German colleagues. It delves into the differences and similarities between the two cultures, explains scientific backgrounds, and encourages active participation.

Objectives

  • The training aims to lead to a better understanding of Indian culture and its working methods. Collaboration is promoted, and misunderstandings can be avoided.
  • This is an advanced course with a duration of half a day. Additionally, a “basic” course is offered, which provides important insights in one session. Participants are welcome to start directly with the “advanced” course. The two courses are not sequential but complementary.

Note

  • In order to receive a Future Fund grant, an application must be submitted via MyFlow in time before the start of the course and before registering via SITRAIN. In this case, please select the competence field "Communication & Collaboration" when creating your application. As soon as you have received the confirmation of the ZF funding by e-mail, you can log in to SITRAIN and enter the Future Fund billing data directly.
