  • The course “Working with Indian Colleagues - German-Indian Intercultural Training (advanced)” aims to promote collaboration and understanding between Indian and German colleagues. It delves into the differences and similarities between the two cultures, explains scientific backgrounds, and encourages active participation.

Objectives

  • The training aims to lead to a better understanding of Indian culture and its working methods. Collaboration is promoted, and misunderstandings can be avoided.
  • This course is an “advanced” course, which is structured into three training sessions. Additionally, a “basic” course is offered, which provides important insights in one session. Participants are welcome to start directly with the “advanced” course. The two courses are not sequential but complementary.
