Siemens offers a comprehensive range of continuing professional development opportunities with courses in the field of low-voltage power distribution and electrical installation technology. You will become familiar with important hardware components like air and molded-case circuit breakers and acquire knowledge and highly usable skills in the areas of configuration and service. Courses covering energy monitoring (software power manager) and communication in the context of our protective and measuring devices can also be booked.
The "Maintenance and operation of 3WL circuit breakers" (LV-CBMAIN) course introduces participants to the design, function and operation of the 3WL air circuit breaker. The course focuses on imparting highly practical product knowledge of the type maintenance and operations support staff in particular need in order to inspect and maintain 3WL circuit breakers, identify straightforward faults and install replacement parts listed in the catalog. Having completed the LV-CBMAIN course successfully, you will be able to take the certification test (LV-CERT, bookable separately).
Certification is valid for four years.
