SINUMERIK PAL-Seminar A - Basics (Online) (NC-PAL-A)

Our PAL seminars teach the use of PAL CNC examination controls with a 3D machine room and machining simulation. The CNC training in DIN/ISO code is comprehensively covered.
Currently, three seminars are being offered, which build on each other at least partially. The seminars introduce the application of the software components of the training software TopCNC-Suite.
Overview to this seminar:
- Basics
- Turning with driven tools (AWZ) and counter spindle (GS)
- Milling with multi-sided machining (3+2 axes)

Software setup/software operation with PAL
Exam preparation with PAL2019 command coding
Introduction to the PAL simulator
Setup and operation of the 3D simulator for turning with the option of driven drilling and milling tools
Setup and operation of the 3D simulator for milling for 5-axis machining centers with C-axis rotation and A or B-swivel axis
Dynamic simulation in multi-window technology
Collision consideration (tool, machine, clamping device)
Program optimization and quality assurance
Practical part: post-processors and data transfer to the machine
Control-neutral NC programming (NC editor, interactive programming, CNC simulation, ...)
Computer-aided preparation and execution of skilled worker exams
NC test - digital learning objective control and exam on the PC Programming examples and exercises
Methodology/didactics: design variants for CNC training and further education with the e-learning module TopTrain
