SINAMICS S120 - Functions in TIA Portal (DR-S12-P2T)

In this course you learn to put the converter system SINAMICS S120 into operation using the PC-tool Startdrive in the TIA Portal. You can adapt the parameters to the respective application and perform diagnostics in case of a fault.

Your area of responsibility includes the commissioning of the SINAMICS S120 drive system with the Startdrive commissioning software in TIA Portal.
Modern inverters offer a variety of functions and setting options. After the course, you will be able to commission several specific functions of the SINAMICS S120 inverter safely and efficiently.

Parameterization and diagnostics using Startdrive configuration software in the TIA Portal:
- Using standard functions in a SERVO or VECTOR environment
- Introduction to positioning with the Basic Positioner (BPOS)
- Drive-based Safety Integrated safety functions (basic functions)
