Terms and Conditions of SITRAIN
For standard course, based on the course degree, length of time, the course fee is different. Please make the course schedule and course price list as reference.
For the tailor-made courses and on-site training, it depends on customers’ requirement and the discussion with the training consultant.
Normally, the payment include theory explain, practice, training material, software facilities and lunch. However, the travel, accommodation or other service cannot be included in training fee.
The payment can be delivered to Siemens account after Receiving the training confirmation letter, in addition, cash, check or bank transfer can be accepted.
Course Delay or Cancellation
Training can be started with 6 or up to 6 participants; otherwise the course will be delay or cancel. In addition, customers will be informed 1 week before the training start.
If customer cannot attend the training, please inform training center 7 days before the course start; otherwise, training center will make consultation with the customer and try to help this customer to arrange the course to next term. However, if it cause any loss,the training center will retain the right to further pursue.
For the participants who dropping out of class without reason, we will not refund the training payment.
The training materials are copyrighted by Siemens Industrial Technical Training Center. Unauthorized people are not allowed to copy, dissemination, teaching or translation any training materials which provided by Training centre. The violators will bear all legal responsibilities.
