WinCC Open Architecture Supervision Design (ST-WINCC-OA)

  • This training is intended for technicians who need to develop an application using WinCC Open Architecture Basic.

Objectives

  • At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
    • Create a multilingual WinCC OA project with archive parameters
    • Create simple and complex graphic objects
    • Manage alarms and events
    • Use PARA and PowerConfigs
    • Work with scripts and libraries
    • Use trends and associated options

Content

  • Presentation of WinCC OA application domain
    • Project creation and familiarization with the different elements of the software and its structure
    • Object creation and use of references
    • Creation of a topology for application display associated with user management
    • Alarm and event view (filtering, management, creation, display…)
    • Use of PowerConfigs
    • Creation of complex objects and mass parameterization
    • Archive and database management
    • Trends
    • Scripts and libraries
    • Emergency functions and online backup
    • Setting up a redundant system
    • Additional modules and add-ons: Scheduler, video, distributed systems, SAE (Operation Assistance System)
  • All these points are reinforced through practical exercises.
  • Time for discussion with the trainer is planned for each sequence.

  • Basic knowledge of automation technologies and Human-Machine Interfaces.
