Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

 

Using this catalog, you can acquire the products (hardware and software) described herein from Siemens Aktiengesellschaft subject to the following terms. Please pay attention to the fact that for the scope, the quality and the conditions for supplies and services including software products by any Siemens entity with a seat outside of Germany, the respective General Terms and Conditions of the respective Siemens entity with a seat outside of Germany shall apply exclusively. The following terms apply exclusively for orders placed with Siemens Aktiengesellschaft.
The General Terms of Payment as well as the General Conditions for the Supply of Products and Services of the Electrical and Electronics Industry shall apply.
For software products, the General License Conditions for Software Products for Automation and Drives for Customers with a Seat or registered Office in Germany shall apply.

Insofar as there are no remarks on the respective pages, changes – especially to data, measures, and weights given – are subject to change.

Prices are understood to be in € (euros) ex delivery facility, excluding packaging.

Sales tax (value-added tax) is not included in the prices. It will be charged separately at the currently applicable rate, in accordance with the provisions of law.

We reserve the right to change prices and will charge the prices applicable at the time of each delivery. This does not apply to price increases for services supplied without four months of entering into the contract. This does not apply to price increases for goods and services supplied within four months of entering into the contract.

Accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the course prices.

Invoices must be paid within 30 days of invoice receipt, without deduction, by transfer to a bank account indicated in the invoice

Our services include

conducting courses,

providing course material,

providing the necessary equipment,

confirmation of participation in a course.

 

Training Course Prices/Right of Cancellation

You will find the prices for courses in the current ITC Catalog. Accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the course prices. For registered and confirmed, but not attended courses, you will be invoiced 80% of the valid price per course, should a written ancellation not be received at least 10 calendar days prior to the start of the course. In the event of non-attendance on the first day of the course without prior written cancellation, the entire course fee will be charged.

Self learning media (CBTs, WBTs) can not be cancelled after delivery or activation.

For courses, that include one or more accompanying self learning medium (CBT, WBT), 100

euros will be invoiced for cancellation after acceptance, insofar as no greater fee is due according to the general course cancellation stipulations.

Deviating agreements can be made for special courses and customer-specific seminars.

 

Copyrights

The reproduction of course documents for unauthorized purposes, distribution and use of its contents to other parties is not permitted. Offenders will be liable for damages. Software provided by Siemens for training purposes during courses may not be removed, may not be copied either in whole or in part or be utilized in any other unauthorized manner.

 

Safety Regulations

While on Siemens premises, the course participants are obligated to adhere to the security and safety regulations as well as the organizational regulations in particular the access rules.

 

Subject to Change

We reserve the right to make changes in the following:

Cancellation of courses. Replacement or compensation are not possible.

Adapting the contents of courses to the current state of technology without prior notice. This could result in an occasional deviation from the course descriptions.
